Kohsei Kitakyushu Plant's policies for quality and environment are as stated below.
Kohsei Co., Ltd. recycles rare metals, approximately 100% of which comes originally from foreign sources. At the same time we also produce high purity metals and alloys for application of electronics. Kitakyushu Plant commits to provide all kind of materials to satisfy the customers and to reduce the burden on the environment.

1. We deliver products that satisfy customers; make efforts for environmental protection with economically balancing with social needs; and in order to contribute to a sustainable society, continuously improve our quality and environment management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and 14001.
2. We comply with laws and regulations related to quality and environment and other regulations.
3. We develop products that meet customer needs with high quality. We save energy and resources, reduce wastes, and actively promote the development of recycled materials to contribute to resource saving.
4. To fulfill our commitments, we set objectives and targets of improving quality and environment.
5. We document, implement, and maintain the policies for quality and environment.
6. For the purpose of maintaining the policies for quality, environment, their objectives and targets, we take an annual management review and correct action.
7. We make it available to the public the policies on quality and environment.
